Nile University Takes the Lead in Developing Nigeria's First National Hydrogen Policy Abuja, Nigeria — In a significant step toward energy transformation, Nile University of Nigeria is spearheading the development of a national hydrogen policy to guide the country's adoption and utilization of hydrogen energy. The initiative, led by Professor Abdullahi Gimba, Head of the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering, is being undertaken in collaboration with the Nigerian government.
