The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Betta Edu, announced at the end of the third council meeting, presided over by President Bola Tinubu at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa, Abuja, that a Humanitarian and Poverty Alleviation Trust Fund has been approved.
